1. Data we store

• Your game progress (energy, tier, upgrades, level, Dark Matter, skins, daily/mission progress, audio settings) is saved so you can continue later.
• Saved in your browser's local storage, and synced to the hosting platform's cloud save where supported (via the Playgama Bridge SDK).
• The Game does not collect your name, email, location, or contact info directly.

2. Hosting platform & sign-in

The Game runs inside a hosting portal and uses the Playgama Bridge SDK to save progress and serve ads. Signing in is optional and handled entirely by the portal — the Game never sees or stores your password. Signing in enables cloud save so your progress follows you across devices; without it, progress is saved locally on this device. Your use is also governed by the portal's own privacy policy and terms.

3. Advertising

The Game runs no external ad networks of its own. Any ads are served by the hosting platform through the Bridge SDK under their policies.

4. Children

Suitable for general audiences; does not knowingly collect personal data from children. Only gameplay progress is stored.

5. Your choices

Clear your save anytime by clearing your browser data. Use Transfer Save to copy your progress to another device — the code contains only your in-game progress, no personal data.

6. Terms of use

The Game is provided "as is", for personal entertainment. Don't exploit, cheat, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Game or the platform it runs on. We may update the Game and this policy over time; continued play means you accept the current version.
